I planted an organic vegetable garden 5 weeks ago. My tomato plants look incredible and are growing so fast. They are about 2-3 feet so far. I do not see any tomato buds and am wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes to see the fruit/vegetable after planting. Thank you!

Depending on the variety, most tomatoes don’t give real good fruit until end of July through august, once they start flowering it will take from like 50-88 days again depending on the variety, to develop mature fruit
Should be by June. Look for yellow flowering first. The tiny flowers are what turn into tomatoes.
They should start to get flowers if they are that big, though it is early for actual fruit. They could have too much nitrogen, not enough phosphorus. Try a 15-30-15 organic fertilizer.
It’s too early most likely. Depending on the variety..it could take 70 days.
Depending on you variety, it takes about 60 – 80 days from transplanting. should say on the seed or seedling informationi.
This as long as they are getting good sunshine at least 6 hours per day, Nights are above 45F and days get above 70F.
I live in Colorado, so we are still in greenhouses.
